Couples Counseling
A Space for Exploration, Connection, and Growth
You’re in a relationship and…
- Life is busy. The intimacy between you and your partner is fading. Your partner feels distant. You feel lonely. You don’t have any “problems” per se – but it feels like something is missing.
- You are feeling the strain of major life events and are struggling to connect with your partner.
- You can’t seem to agree with your partner about how to raise your children, manage your finances, or spend your time.
- Your past trauma and childhood wounds are getting in the way of your ability to show up, engage, and be present.
- You’re hurt and devastated over an affair.
- You love your partner and you are longing to explore life, love, and who you are.
- You’re trying to figure out if staying is the right thing to do.
- You’re fighting all the time.
There are many reasons why you may be considering couple’s counseling. Whatever the issue is, you don’t have to have all the answers right now, and you don’t have to face it alone. Together, through the process of couples counseling, we’ll work towards a healthier relationship where both of you can feel heard, valued, and connected as individuals.
Our work together will be more than just solving problems or “fixing” what’s broken. We will focus on healing and deepening your connection with each other and with yourself. Together we’ll discover and understand the dynamics that shape your relationship, address the issues that make you feel stuck, and learn how to heal from past hurts. We’ll also highlight your strengths and resilience as a couple and honor the gifts that carry you through the rough patches.
No matter where you are in your relationship, I’m here to walk beside you. My goal is to help you define and create a healthier, more fulfilling relationship—one that brings you both joy, understanding, and a deeper sense of connection.
