Caregiver Support
Being a good caregiver starts with taking care of you.

Caregiving is one of the most loving, powerful and meaningful roles you can take on, but it also is one of the most challenging. The truth is, as much as you love and care, tending to an aging parent, a loved one with a chronic illness, or someone who needs extra help is hard work and brings a mix of emotions. Juggling responsibilities, managing your own life and emotional well-being, and trying to maintain a sense of personal balance can leave you feeling exhausted, guilty, drained and alone. There is never enough time.

You hold it all together for others, but caregivers like you also need support. Your health and well-being matter just as much as the person for whom you are caregiving.

You do not have to this alone. I am here to listen, support, and offer resources for this complex journey. I am a daughter who companioned an aging mother. I am a licensed professional with extensive experience working with parents, children and families who are navigating care for a chronically ill loved one. I’ve been there and I understand the unique pressures that come with caregiving. Together, we can develop personalized strategies for self-care, coping, and navigating the unique terrain of your care-giving situation so you can feel more confident and supported in your role.
